I WOULD LOVE TO BOOK JOY. HOW DO I CHECK HER AVAILABILITY?
It’s super easy, simply head over to the Contact page here and scroll down to the Google calendar. Find your date and if the tile is blank then go ahead and send that email to kick-start the conversation.
GREAT! I’VE FOUND MY DATE, BUT HOW DO I LOCK IT IN?
Joy will secure your booking and block it out her calendar as soon as you have proceeded with a 50% retainer (non-refundable) of the total service charge. The full balance will need to be settled 7 Days before the booking date.
HOW MUCH DOES JOY CHARGE FOR HER MAKEUP SERVICES?
As Joy is available for a range of bookings, from editorial shoots to brides, her rates are reflective of the brief she is tasked with and therefore vary.

CAN I ARRANGE A CONSULTATION WITH JOY?
Sure! Once your retainer is paid, Joy can do a telephone consultation or if it works better with you to meet for a coffee, that is also an option. Please note the Client must cover any expenses for face to face consultations.
ARE THE RATES INCLUSIVE OF TRAVEL?
Travel cost is not inclusive to quotes for bookings outside London Zones 1-6. Postcodes outside of this area start from £30. When emailing, please ensure you provide the full address for a more accurate price.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL/AMEND MY BOOKING?
These things can happen, so not to worry - you can cancel/amend your booking by sending an email to joyadenuga@me.com. Please note however, all retainers are non-refundable and Joy will be under no obligation to refund any payment received on cancellation. In the unlikely event that Joy is unable to make your booking appointment due to an emergency, you will be offered an alternative Makeup Artist recommended by Joy or a full refund.
I’M A BRIDE-TO-BE. CAN I BOOK JOY FOR MY BRIDESMAIDS TOO?
Joy accepts a maximum of 2 bridesmaids bookings for Clients also booking for the bride. At this time, Joy cannot accept bridesmaid-only bookings. If you have more than 2 bridesmaids in need of makeup on the big day, the rest can be done by Joy’s professionally trained assistant.
DOES JOY OFFER ANY GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Occasionally Joy runs special offers for a limited time only. For news on the latest offers and discounts, keep your eyes peeled on Joy’s Instagram @joyadenuga.
CAN I BOOK JOY FOR A WEDDING OR SHOOT ABROAD?
Yes, absolutely. If Joy is available on your shoot/event date, in addition to her fee, please note the following terms:
Flights: All flights are to be booked according to Joy’s date and time preference to allow for enough preparation. Flights should be direct from any London Airport and inclusive of one check-in luggage and one carry on luggage.
Expenses: The following expenses will need to be covered: Transport to and from the venue and airport; paid access to venues where necessary; all meals during the booking time frame; transport to and from Joy’s home to London Airport.
Accommodation: A private room within a 4* Hotel accommodation inclusive of breakfast.

HOW CAN I ACCESS COURSES ON THIS SITE?

Photographs and videos are taken for portfolio use and or social media content. Images will be sent to the Client by email at no extra cost. If you prefer to not have any photos of yourself taken or published, please let Joy know in advance via an email to joyadenuga@me.com.
DO YOU HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY?
Yes. Joy Adenuga reserves the right to refuse work if a client, event vendor, shoot staff, friend or family member is unnecessarily abusive or threatening in any way to Joy or her team. Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered where these types of incidents occur.
